The Master's Tourney

Well to keep it clean and short, This is a tourney I'll try to do every 2 months or so, it will include 16 people for tourney, and the winner will get only bragging rights.
To make it clear we are playing "PWO", not a fully complete game, and such as banning moves and certain pokemons isn't making anyone think of a tremendous strategy. The way to win this is a one on one fight vs the randomly opponent, and the winner will be the one who had a better team and worked better in the game to achieve his team.

Rules:
1. Any pokemon is allowed
2. No doubles
3. Any move is allowed

All the Matches were done randomly, Post SS of winning the Battle to advance to the next round.

Anyone who do not wishes to battle, is DQ; Battle your opponents as soon as possible, deadline is sunday night at 12 am at central time timezone, if your opponent didn't show up during the allowed time you get an autowin, let me know if you can't find your opponent by posting here.

Rules:
Max level 20
No shinys
No Evos(pokes must be in their first form)this includes if they evo in 4th gen
No doubles
No switching
No stat modifying moves
No UC's except for pichu, igglybuff, cleffa, magby, togepi, plusle, minun, starters and azurill
No single evo pokes
ex:Lapras,Tauros etc

We will be using the hand helds as a guideline,so the following pokes are considered Evos;
Pikachu,Magmar,Electabuzz,Mr Mime,Jynx.Clefairy,Jigglypuff,Sudowoodoo,Snorlax and Roselia.

I want this to be huge,so I am hoping for 16 participants.

I am making a tournament as the elite 4 is not comming soon I will collect 4 players that will form the elite 4 (that is a surprise)U all have to apply and gone once at a time the first to win becomes the league champion and will fight the next player to beat the elite 4
These battles will be having some rules making it hard for u to win
1.No switching
2.No doubles
4.U can heal after u pwn 1 elite (u can howsoever heal when u beat all them and battle the champ as u will be wating for the next opponent)
All lvl 100's or u can't compete u will have to go 1 by 1 so I follow and u don't brake any rules like heal ur pokes .We will start from pallet at viradian we meet the first elite
then at cerulean we meet the second third at lavender and the 4th elite will be at vermilion and the league champion will be at the battle tower.
I am not really thinking of the elite 4 of keeping a surprise I will be taking those players with the shiny uc's as the elite 4 so plz u can't apply u will be a elite I will make u 1,2,3,4 by ur strength.
I hope u like my idea it will be fun as it is hard also it is east to beat some shiny uc's using doubles thats why they are banned (really I don't even think someone will win)
The winner will be declared the league champion.

It is best to record your battles incase some dispute between players occurs.
If the dispute isn't solved swiftly, there is a chance of both players being Disqualified.

Teams of 100 vs 100.

When applying, please leave your guild details, so i know how many from each guild applied.
also, the first 8 to apply from one guild will be accepted if more than 8 apply.

Buy-in: a Vr/Hr/Uc or [s] poke.
The lower the rarity, the higher the level or quantity.
The lower the Buy-in, the lower the Pay-out.
someone entering with a Vr will win less than someone entering with a [s] equivelant if they win.
A host account will be used to host all the entered pokes.
At this time it is namely, Resperion account - a secondary account with password known only to me.

Restrictions:
Guillotine.
Doubles +.
Borrowed pokemon.
No switching until your pokemon has fainted.
Only pokes that have been acquired a week before the deadline may be used. Unless proof of legit aquisition is shown.
If not, there is a possiblity of Disqualification.
If any of these rules are broken, supply evidence and the perpetrator will be Disqualified.

Battle system:
1 vs 1 system.
Up to 8 Entrants from each Guild allowed.
Winner of each individual battle progresses to the next round.
Single battle knockout - you lose you're out.

Tournament winner gets entered into the 'Hall of Fame' for that month, 1st winner the title of 'Champion'.
Battle the previous 'Champion' for title of 'Champion'.
Current 'Champion' cannot enter the tournament until he loses his title.
Names are stored for each year, a new 'Hall of Fame' is opened every year.
Even if you lose to the 'Champion', your name is still entered in 'Hall of Fame'.
Every 12 months, the 'Hall of Fame' champions battle each other for title of 'Grand Champion'.

Prizes:
Players can only win back Buy-in of the equivelant value to their own.
1st place - 40% of the Pay-out - proportional to the Buy-in.
2nd place - 25% of the Pay out - proportional to the Buy-in.
3rd place - 15% of the Pay out - proportional to the Buy-in.
Game Host - 15% of the Pay-out.

I plan to have this tournament in a few weeks so I need people to join fast.

Well I wanted to organize a battle tournament with a prize as..............dratini lvl 5.Not so cool right but this tournament is going to be fun,well there won't be tough rules for sure.But rule breaker will still be kicked out.the rules will be:-
1) We can use 2 100 poke,2 60 pokes,2 pokes lvl 40 or less poke.This tourny is not 4 strong ppl as the prize isn't so cool

2)Shinies are srictly banned

3)There is also a litte participation fee and u will get it back after tourny,if u win or lose.But if u cheat in it u won't ever get it back.IF IF I WONT GIVE MONEY BACK THERE IS A DIRECT BAN FOR ME(MONEY:500K).For my friends it free cos I trust them,they won't cheat
